    This space centers your lived experience. We’ll explore how systemic oppression, intergenerational trauma, and cultural expectations have shaped your self-perception and emotional life. Through this work, you’re invited to reconnect with your ancestral roots, reclaim your voice, and make space for joy, rest, and resistance. Healing is not about fitting into oppressive systems—it’s about remembering who you are beneath them.


    Decolonization & Identity Exploration for Allies:
    This work invites a deep and ongoing process of unlearning the world through privilege as a default, examining internalized supremacy, and exploring the ways colonization has shaped your identity and worldview. We’ll engage with discomfort, accountability, and curiosity as we build capacity for embodied anti-racism and authentic connection. This is not performative work—it’s relational, rooted in integrity, and a step toward collective healing.

  • Coming into your identity—especially later in life—can be both freeing and complex. I offer a safe, affirming space to explore self-acceptance, navigate relationships, and embrace your truth at your own pace.

  • Healing from depression is not about “just feeling better”—it’s about finding sustainable ways to reconnect with yourself, regain motivation, and cultivate self-compassion. Together, we’ll explore strategies that honor your unique journey.

  • Life changes—whether expected or sudden—can bring uncertainty and emotional upheaval. I provide a supportive space to process transitions, from career shifts to relationship changes, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Group Therapy

  • Each group is carefully facilitated to create a safe and respectful space where members can explore their concerns, build new coping skills, and develop meaningful connections with others in each session.

    • All groups are currently facilitated via secure telehealth

    • Group members are screened for appropriateness; filling out the interest form is necessary to be considered to ensure each group dynamic is a safe place for all.

      Therapy skills group designed to help you align with and embrace your sexual orientation, find community and build a stronger connection to your authentic self. You will receive intro to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills focusing on the core areas including emotion regulation, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness and distress tolerance. These skills will be helpful as you navigate acceptance.

Consultation &
Individual Therapy

  • A consultation is a brief, 15-minute meeting designed to help you determine if we’re a good fit for working together. During this time, you can share what you’re hoping to address in therapy, ask any questions about my approach, and discuss how I can support your unique needs. The consultation is a chance for us to get to know one another and ensure that my therapeutic style aligns with your goals. There’s no commitment required, and it’s a great way to start exploring the support you deserve.

  • An intake session is the first step in our therapeutic journey together. During this initial meeting, we’ll discuss your current concerns, goals, and any background information that can help me understand your unique situation. It's an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you're hoping to achieve in therapy, and get a sense of how we might work together. The intake session is also a time for me to explain my approach, confidentiality, and what you can expect moving forward. Ultimately, it's about building a strong foundation for our work and ensuring that therapy is tailored to your specific needs. Diagnostic assessments will be provided and are completed during the initial session which are monitored throughout treatment.

  • Individual therapy is a private, one-on-one space where we work together to explore and address your personal challenges, emotions, and goals. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or identity exploration, this time is dedicated solely to you and your unique needs. In therapy, we’ll collaborate to build coping strategies, develop insights, and work towards healing and personal growth at a pace that feels right for you. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself authentically and make meaningful progress on your journey toward well-being.

Group Therapy

  • Group therapy offers a supportive, collective space where you can connect with others facing similar challenges. In a small, safe group setting, you'll have the opportunity to share your experiences, gain insights from others, and receive support as you work through personal growth, healing, or specific issues like anxiety, trauma, or identity exploration. Group therapy fosters a sense of community, connection, and shared learning, while also providing a unique opportunity to practice new coping strategies and communication skills. It’s a valuable complement to individual therapy, where you can benefit from both personal reflection and the power of group support.
