Decolonization & Identity Exploration for Allies:
This work invites a deep and ongoing process of unlearning the world through privilege as a default, examining internalized supremacy, and exploring the ways colonization has shaped your identity and worldview. We’ll engage with discomfort, accountability, and curiosity as we build capacity for embodied anti-racism and authentic connection. This is not performative work—it’s relational, rooted in integrity, and a step toward collective healing.

Coming into your identity, especially later in life can be both freeing and complex. I offer a safe, affirming space to explore self-acceptance, navigate relationships, and embrace your truth at your own pace.

Healing from depression is not about “just feeling better” it’s about finding sustainable ways to reconnect with yourself, regain motivation, and cultivate self-compassion. Together, we’ll explore strategies that honor your unique journey.

  Self respect that honors your journey, creates direction for your authentic desires and connects you back to your physical body.

  This is a 4 week Therapeutic skills group designed to help you recognize patterns that keep you stuck, stop abandoning your own needs in the process, and begin building a life rooted in self-trust, compassion and intentional choice. 
  Through evidence based therapeutic interventions, guided reflection, art therapy and opportunities to practice skill in/out of group. We'll explore patterns, learn emotion regulation skills in conjunction to somatic therapy skills for your nervous system, while apply self-compassion, boundaries, values and intentional action.

• Breaking Generational Patterns;
  A focus on conscious parenting. Managing stress, triggers and gaining communication skills to improve your overall relationship.

• Embracing your inner truth:
  Therapy skills group designed to help you align with and embrace your sexual orientation, find community and build a stronger connection to your authentic self. You will receive intro to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills focusing on the core areas including emotion regulation, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness and distress tolerance. These skills will be helpful as you navigate acceptance.
