My Approach

“I work with adults who are navigating major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are recovering people-pleasers who’ve lost touch with their own needs after years of trying to do everything “right.” My practice is influenced by commitment to social justice and inclusivity. I believe in fostering open and honest dialogue about the complexities of human relationships—whether with yourself, others, or the larger systems.

I offer resources that blend depth, honesty and sensitivity, guiding you through the intricacies of healing with confidence and understanding.

Using evidence-based practices alongside somatic approaches, I empower individuals to cultivate personal wellness and deeper connections.
